I lost a stack of bedrocks.

I logged out and when i came back after like 4 hours i didnt had my stack of bedrock in my inventory. I lost only a stack i dont know how but i had 1 stack and 23 bedrocks named VIP i only have 23 now the stack is gone

I lost 130k junk after i reported a bug to staff member zxnny and she then reported it to owner Rak instead of getting a reward for it i logged in and my jp was gone it was 0 when i asked zxnny she said its due to suspicious jp growth while i grinded that jp. I need refund asap.
